New Student Intake for OG Literacy and OG Math - Diagnostic Evaluation

For all new students starting OG Literacy or OG Math.
Fee of $120.00 which includes a verbal report, OR
Fee of $220.00 which includes a written report.
Please note that although the Diagnostic report is informative in evaluating a student’s current skill level for teaching purposes, it in no way substitutes a thorough assessment by an Educational Psychologist.

Each individualized, 60 minute session is $85/session for OG Literacy and Math tutoring for both in-person and online lessons.
One time fee of $90.00 for individual cards for use with student to be paid with first month’s tuition fee.
Sessions are 1-1 for tutoring.
There is a 2 sessions/week minimum required for OG Literacy and Math tutoring.
No sessions are offered during statutory holidays, Winter and Spring Break and are not billed.
Summer OG Bootcamp Sessions are offered each year.

Parents also receive:

1 progress report for each school term (Dec, March, June)
20 minute Parent Conference at the end of each term at the beginning of one of the student sessions (if requested)
Brief updates as required after sessions depending on the needs of the student.

Support parents in the creation of goals for Individual Education Plans for students at school – fees based on hourly rate, fees may vary.
Attend IEP Meetings (schedule permitting).
Attend Parent Conferences (schedule permitting).
Fill out forms for students that are awaiting educational testing
Support to find community supports for student (SLP, OT, PT, Educational Psychologist, Behavior Consultant, etc).
Communication via e-mail or Zoom with School Staff (schedule permitting).
